The Customer Information Analyst functions as a liaison working with stakeholders and work teams in order to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, reporting, and customer information systems. Customer Information Analyst understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends and implements solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.

The Analyst role consists of the coordinating tasks, developing knowledge, and techniques required identifying business needs and subsequently determining and assessing proposed solutions to business problems.

Solutions require analysis of impact against 2 variables:
  • Business Process Development - Analysis work performed to review the current stated solutions used by an organization, to identify the issues, define the requirements, and suggest best possible
solution in addition to configuration development and testing.

  • Continuous Improvement - Analysis work to review current manual or workflow activities and tasks performed by people, functional areas, and systems which are designed to achieve a specific outcome, while assuring data quality/integrity. Understands relationships, information exchanges/handoffs, procedures, policies, and observations of work performed to achieve specific outcomes. Within the context of the relationship with the business, assures alignment for
continuous improvement within the business landscape.
.Required SkillsMinimum of 5 years of recent experience in requirements gathering and analysis, developing business models, process, programming skills, and workflow.Must have a minimum of 1 year of Business Objectsmust have a mininum of 1 year of SQL experiencePreferred SkillsPrefer SAS Informatica Business Objects***** Ability to lead and promote change in an environment of rapidly changing technologies and business processes. Strong working knowledge of technology systems and business process.Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
