Our marketing organization has been instrumental to Guidewire’s success to date and will play a pivotal role in ensuring we achieve our mission of being the pre-eminent provider worldwide. We are looking for an experienced customer marketing manager to join our team in Foster City, CA. The Customer Marketing Manager has responsibility for ensuring that our customers are consistently at the forefront of our external marketing programs including speaking at Guidewire and third party events; case studies; advertising. The customer marketing manager will need to excel at program definition and management and have excelled in a similar position.
Responsibilities
Define and maintain customer marketing program ensuring that we maximize customer involvement in our marketing program mix.
Manage customer marketing budgets (preparation and tracking of actuals)
Maintain pipeline of customer to speak at events and participate in case studies
Manage and maintain customer rewards program
Build surveys to understand what customers want, then funnel that information back to the team
Requirements:
5-7 years’ experience in same or similar role at high tech company
Excellent project management and interpersonal skills
Experience on Salesforce.com a plus
