The role of Customer Operations Account Manager reports into the Operations Organization. The successful candidate will work as part of the Customer Operations Team to manage Direct Fulfilment Supply Chain programs and support customers in the assigned sales territory.
The key responsibilities include managing supply assurance, building valuable customer relationships, driving process and system solutions which have significant business impact, and promoting the supply chain as an advantage for Xilinx. Managing supply assurance includes responsibilities such as prompt and on-going review customer backlog and expedite requests, working with the factory to ensure that orders are scheduled to the agreed lead time, track and improve delivery performance, monitor new products for seamless transition into volume production, and weekly and/or monthly review and analysis of customer forecasts. The role will also involve project management activity relating to systems and process improvement projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Manage supply chain programs for key Xilinx customers.
Daily tactical support to pre-assigned sales territory and customers.
Drive problem resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify and drive strong relationship with sales teams.
Drive and attain world class delivery performance goals.
Develop and manage strategic relationship with customers.
Identify and implement process and system improvements.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in teams is essential.
3-5+ Years experience in Supply Chain preferably within a semiconductor industry.
Proven ability to build strategic relationships with customers.
Project Management experience and ability to interface and influence with technical teams.
Experience with ERP applications necessary (Oracle preferred).
Demonstrate advanced MS Office Skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, as well as database and report generation applications
A bachelor's degree, B.S. in Business or related discipline, Supply Chain/Operations/ emphasis preferred.
