Required Skills/Knowledge:
Communication strong verbal and written skills ability to clearly organize and articulate information persuasive skills to deal with selling difficult information
Working experience in analyzing LTE, WCDMA, CDMA, GSM , 1x, EVDO, UMTS modes issues, Apps processor Camera, Audio, Video encoding and graphics validations issues, Hardware verifications on CPU, GPU, Memory, RAM, DDR, L1, L2, Cache, Vnum, Neon, Modem, SW, FW
Handset Systems Understanding high level understanding of the systems required to build a mobile device high level understanding of the key components of the individual subsystems and how they are expected to interact understanding what certain failure symptoms point to in terms of areas contributing to customer issues
Handset Manufacturing assembly, test, operation flow
Strong semiconductor Quality experience and solid knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process key aspects of fabrication and assembly, especially those contributing to customer issues
IC Test understanding key aspects of how IC test is performed and how it correlates with system knowledgeable on policy on information sharing
IC Reliability knowledge of IC reliability and symptoms of long term failures
Business strategies with customer high level understanding of sales/mktg goals for specific customer supply or business goal impact on how we solve customer issues
General understanding of full breadth of engineering skills to enable interaction with the variety of customer engineers that will be dealt with during the debug of an issue
