Bi-lingual required; Tri-lingual preferred. Contact preview package customer via telephone. Confirm arrival dates and to create clear expectations of preview package and site visit to include sales presentation time and location and accommodations. Provide personal planning services including offers to arrange dining reservations, golf tee times, and activities. Cross reference information and reservations in multiple computer systems to ensure customer needs are met. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all customers; anticipate and address customers' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank customers with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards; identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational quality. Reach, bend, twist, pull, and stoop; visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines; move up and down stairs and/or service ramps; move, lift, or carry objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds; stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
