This position manages Customer relationship services for Brookings Executive Education (BEE) and provides logistical support for BEE programs. As the initial point of contact with our customer base, is responsible for establishing customer outreach initiatives, coordinating registration activities and delivering outstanding customer service throughout the customer’s program life cycle, helping to maximize division sales and encourage repeat attendance.
