Responsible for developing and executing Field Selling Objectives for assigned customers based on customer specific promotional plans. Customer contact for all retail operations to include; delivery, service, resets, new store opening, and various other customer related initiatives.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Build KF businesses with customers as measured by revenue gains, share change, and growth in key result areas including distribution, new items, pricing, shelving, merchandising and category management. Manage Bill To Ship (BTST) or Direct trucks. Sell merchandising and programming specific to HQ customers. Maintain shelving/POG. Responsible for all categories at a particular group and may have to communicate HQ information to other Sales Reps calling on stores. Work with buyers to set up promotions and deal allowances on all Kraft items. Manage all trade funds for a specified group. Pay all invoices for a specified group. Assist with all information needs for a specific group. Responsible for creating, proposing and confirming all plans for first half and back half of the year.
