Start your career as an Insurance Customer Retention Agent and enjoy our intimate call center setting, team environment and Monday through Friday work schedule. This is a role in which you will ensure proper review and maintain compliance to agency, carrier and OIC mandate standards. As a Customer Retention Agent, you will conduct reviews of renewal offers and build sales proposals that will retain business. You will work to educate our customers on coverage and products, ensuring they are well informed and properly insured. Provide quotes and issue new policies as needed while working as a team to meet the client's needs.
