Customer Sales Service Manager (Retail Management)Job
DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and highly motivated
Customer Sales Service Manager (Retail Manager) to join
our growing team of service center professionals.
Customer Sales Service Manager (Retail Manager) will
primarily be focused on managing all aspects of the
day-to-day operations at the facility including
generating sales, communicating with customers and
managing technical staff for the retail center. Customer

ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for many
different roles as you manage the day-to-day operations,
including managing the technical staff, communicating
with customers and generating sales for the retail
center. The Customer Sales Service Manager (Retail
Manager) will also ensure that all employees are all
adhering to AAMCO policies and procedures as they
conduct business.More specific responsibilities for the
Customer Sales Service Manager will include: • Meeting
and greeting the customer base• Managing work flow for
technicians• Recommending services to customers•
Ordering parts• Keeping customers updated on progress of
their vehicles• Managing and tracking lead counts as
well as customer satisfaction ratings• Generating
salesCustomer Service Sales Manager ( Retail Management
)Job RequirementsIn order to lead one of our service
center facilities, the Customer Service Sales Manager
(Retail Manager) must have a dynamic personality, who
displays excellent verbal communication skills and
leadership ability. The position also requires an
experienced professional with at least 5 years of prior
sales experience. Qualified candidates must have
exceptional phone skills, possess strong customer
handling skills, and be a self-motivated individual who
can create and thrive in an environment of
non-negotiable integrity.Other requirements for the

include: • Excellent Customer Service Skills • Ability to
adapt to a constantly changing environment as well as
multi-task• Aggressive attitude• Detail oriented• Clean
