Customer Schedule Planning Specialist - Sales – New Port Richey, FL

The Customer Schedule Planning Specialist – Sales oversees schedules for specific customers, insures all shipment goals are met and acts as liaison between the customer, sales/contracts and manufacturing to insure customer needs are met. Provides internal and external customer status for Value Stream deliveries. Manages customer schedule systems and portals.

Manages, daily, the master schedule for a specific set of customers.

Supports Value Streams by managing customer requirements, working schedule exceptions, and ensuring on time delivery of products.

Work closely with Value Stream Leaders to address customer schedule changes.

Minimum two-year degree in business or related field or APICS certification required.

3+ years’ experience in scheduling and production planning within a manufacturing environment.

Proven experience in a high mix, low volume manufacturing environment, Aerospace industry is preferred.

Demonstrated experience with MRP, with SAP experience strongly preferred.

Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Customer relationship or customer facing experience including a customer focused Value steam Lean manufacturing environment.
