The Customer Service & Logistics Manager will be responsible for supervising the Customer Service team in delivering reliable, consistent, friendly, accessible and cost effective service solutions to all customers while maintaining the integrity of Supply Chain functions. This also includes inventory management, order fulfillment process, managing the relationship with the 3PLs

Customer Service:

Leading the Order-to-Cash process through collaboration with customers and associates.

Deliver the Rich Experience to improve customer relationships by partnering to drive sustainable supply chain efficiencies that result in additional value for both customers and Rich Products.

Lead cross functional teams to deliver costs and improved service to prioritized customers.

Confer with supply chain planners to assist in forecast demand or create supply plans that ensure availability of finished goods.

Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as sales, marketing, finance, production, or quality assurance.


Provide management oversight to Canadian 3PL warehouses to insure budget and service objectives are met.

Lead and execute performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain factors, such as product cost, quality and delivery requirements.

Meet with 3PLs to discuss performance metrics, to provide performance feedback, or to discuss production forecasts or changes.

Provide direct customer interface between sales team and distribution centers.

Accountable to audit and approve storage and handling invoices.

Deliver improved service and costs through focused continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide operational interface between transportation and 3PLs (LeanLogistics).


Work with Transportation Associates to analyze and implement transportation process improvements within Rich Products supply chain.

What do I need to be considered a candidate?
BA degree in Business or Logistics

Minimum 5 years Logistics experience; distribution experience preferred

Demonstrated planning, organizing and managing skills

Effective negotiating, conflict resolution and facilitation skills

Effective written, verbal and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical & quantitative skills

Proficiency in Windows 7 Office Suite, SAP

APICS certification preferred

Confident leadership skills that allow for team collaboration

Analytical and technical skills complemented with a professional approach

Ability to multi-task with a high degree of priority assessment and problem solving ability

Detailed and organized record keeping skills

Travel 20% of time
