Heinz North America is seeking a Customer Service Administrator who will be responsible for ensuring error-free customer order processing and 'perfect' order invoicing to achieve customer satisfaction.
Who will be successful in this role? An individual who will.
' Process orders into eBPCS order processing system to meet customer delivery requirements.
' Coordinate with Warehousing and Transportation Departments to optimize logistics and supply chain efficiencies while assuring on-time truckload deliveries.
' Optimize customer satisfaction through constant interaction with external customer base and internal Heinz cross-functional departments.
' Coordinate accurate pricing and promotions with sales/brokers as it relates to assigned customers.
' Coordinate customer return requests between Sales and Transportation.
' Balance the demands of Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing and Distribution, while maintaining excellent service.
' Develop reports/queries to identify areas of improvement relative to specific customers or across departments.
' Represent Customer Service in cross-functional meetings.
' Complete special projects to contribute to team cost-savings initiatives, along with process improvements.
Experience - External:
The following skills and experience are required to be considered for this position:
' An Associate's Degree or higher OR 3+ years of experience in Customer Service or a related field.
' Excellent verbal and written communication skills
' High degree of organization and quantitative skills
' Self-motivated problem solving ability
' Multi-task oriented
' Ability to work in a fast paced and high pressure environment while managing competing priorities
' Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and web-based applications, EPCS a plus
'Willingness to travel to internal and external customer sites as need but no more than 5% of the time.
