Deal directly with customers by phone and email and respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Process customers requests and perform customer verifications
  • Organize workflow to meet department response time
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information or processing adjustments
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
  • Prepare and distribute customer activity reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Educate customers about features and benefits of our product in order to improve customer satisfaction
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Must be able to work on holidays and on-call schedule
  • Requirements
