Customer Service Assistant, Dublin, OH
Responsibilities include scheduling appointments for field technicians using an internal scheduling program, and providing exceptional customer care to past, present and future customers.
This is a phone based position that requires great verbal communication skills in addition to being able to handle heavy call volumes, both inbound and outbound.
Qualified candidates must be self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or GED, previous customer service experience and basic computer skills are required.
For this particular position US citizenship is requested.
