Based in our Montgomeryville, PA headquarters and hub service facility, a Customer Service Assistant will provide support for our Customer Service Teams. Combined with our Customer Service Coordinators, you will be our primary customer touch point to ensure orders are processed and fulfilled timely and in accordance with customer requirements and MSS service and quality standards. All candidates must be able to work a 8:30AM to 5:30PM shift. Ideal candidate will posses strong PC skills and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook. S/He must be flexible and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while producing high quality, high-quantity work. Success in this role is dependent on excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to learn quickly and a willingness to take initiative.
- Support Customer Service Teams with various clerical duties
- Organizing/prioritizing customer information/paperwork
- Imputing and correcting order information
- Respond to company “chats”/Filing/Faxing
- Other clerical duties as assigned
We are staffed from 8:30AM until 9PM to support our customers nationwide. Overtime and some Saturday hours (9AM to 1PM) are required on a rotating basis.
