Job Description
• Screen and analyze loss information of property and auto business using Choicepoint consumer reports and CLUE Loss Screens in Masterpiece RealTime
• Prepare, screen and interpret loss information of Non – Masterpiece Property and Auto business
• Contact agents via phone to determine applicable loss and driver data
• Screen and analyze Motor Vehicle Records using Choicepoint reports
• Process policy endorsements in Masterpiece RealTime
• Conduct policy research to resolve requests from agents and underwriters using IMS and iClaims information
• Interact with other business units in the Customer Service Center as well as CPI Home Office
