Job Descriptions:

Major duties will include but are not limited to the following, Call center Technical support for the customer network and field service staff, training through active participation and communications with customers. Provide feedback to the factory through various types of communications to facilitate product support and product improvement.

Ultimately this position will receive direction from the Customer Support Coordinators

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Provide Customers/Internal Staff with technical support via call center for products supplied by Hagie

This individual must possess a technical background in the following areas, engines, hydraulic systems, power train systems, electrical/electronic systems and basic drive train knowledge.

Process service calls within specified time frame accordingly with company policies using Image Trend

Provide detailed reports covering service applications i.e. parts, labor

This position will be closely aligned with the parts department to support the combined business plan of Hagie Manufacturing

Complete Service/Parts projects through ongoing research, fact finding and reporting of related failures or occurrences back to the company.

Review and monitor Customer warranty activities through communications with Customer Support Coordinators

Required Experience:

Associates degree in Diesel technology, Ag equipment technology or 3-5 years experience in the OEM or dealership service operations.


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. As a member of a team this person should possess solid interpersonal skills, flexibility, organizational and the desire to succeed.


Ability to travel. Position will be required to travel to customer locations to train staff on the job. Individual must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.


Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, electrical wiring schematics, hydraulic schematics and engineering prints. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.


Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.


Ability to perform intermediate PC functions including spreadsheet formulas and functions, queries, tables, merges special reports, etc. Trouble shooting of problems through various types of software. Intermediate experience required.


Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
