Utilize Aspect system components for automated call answering (Teleset/Uniphi Connect) and viewing Call Center activity (Unified Command and Control – Real-Time Reporting)
Utilize Amdocs and Screen Pop to enter call data for case creation, and review and update site and contact records for data integrity
Process online support requests via eCase Management, assess urgency and proved receipt confirmation
Sustain a broad overview of the Kronos product suite for
High School diploma
3+ years customer service experience in a customer support or training environment
Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
Good verbal communication skills hearing energy and smile in voice
Good presentation skills conveying knowledge and confidence in the Customer Portal
Exhibit an energetic and positive influence
Work under minimal supervision following established policies and procedures
Improve skill set by attending customer service and Kronos product trainings
Has a good understanding of KGS overall product teams and procedures
