Prepare quotations and proposals for capital surface equipment and associated spare parts. Cameron products and commercial knowledge are required in order to evaluate RFQs both technically and commercially to insure that the quotation/proposal meets the requirements of both the Customer and Cameron.
Duties and Responsibilities
This job requires knowledge of the Cameron network and product line, and an ability to work with multiple disciplines within the company. This could include the sales team, engineering, supply chain, quality, and marketing to issue daily quotations as well as major project bids.
Attention to detail is important as you learn and work customer quotations as required, check quotations for accuracy, help with detailed quote analysis, work with costs and equipment selection to establish quotations that meet market price requirements.
Duties may include:
Job Requirements/ Qualifications
- Review customer inquiries
- Contact with the customer
- Document exceptions and clarifications
- Coordinate responses from engineering, legal, quality, metallurgy, and operations in preparing customer quotations
- Prepare quotes in SAP
- Keep Contract Review documentation
- Prepare and coordinate Customer Bids
- Pricing responsibility including preparation of profit & loss statements
- Utilize Margin Insight and Margin Manager to implement new pricing analytics processes

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree and/or 2 years related experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence. Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Understanding of cost/price relationships, gross margin, and have good overall math skills.
Knowledge of MS Office Applications and SAP.
