Thriving family-owned business with nationwide retail accounts seeks a full-time Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) to receive, dispatch and follow up on service calls to completion of job. As a CSC, you are an essential point of contact for customers and will be assigned one or more accounts.
This position requires a person with excellent phone and typing skills, a courteous and service-oriented attitude, a high aptitude for problem solving and the ability to multi-task.
Upon completion of training period, there is a mandatory requirement to take the night/weekend on-call service approx. one week at a time, about 6 to 8 times/year for additional compensation.
