Customer Service Coordinator
The experienced Customer Service Coordinator with expertise in Major Accounts seeking to advance their career will find what they’re looking for with Toshiba America Business Solutions. Your responsibilities will include setting up major account customer information, validating the accuracy of order documents and equipment configurations, performing account reconciliations, preparing billing adjustments, reviewing open and aging installations and updating asset installation details. - Previous customer service experience, technical industry experience preferred
- Proven ability to process a high volume of orders accurately and efficiently
- Superior follow-up and organizational skills
- Excellent data entry skills, including experience with Excel
- Experience with Oracle ERP systems is a plus
