The Customer Service Phone Representative is responsible for filling the call board schedule to capacity for our plumbing, heating, cooling, and drain technicians. This is achieved by booking inbound customer service inquiries into scheduled appointments, outbound calling to existing customer base to create service opportunities, and following up with clients who have already received proposals that have not yet committed to a work proposal.
The phone representative must be proficient in data entry while following a call flow guideline with the caller. Candidates in consideration for this position must have a genuine heart for customer service accompanied by a warm, pleasant voice to help empathize with callers experiencing issues with their home plumbing , heating, cooling, or drain systems, and have the tenacity to remain in control of the call at all times.
This position does not require any technical background in the home service and repair industry, however at least 3 years' experience working as a call taker in a call center is required. The position also requires multi-tasking as the phone rep is also responsible for miscellaneous administrative duties as well.
The Customer Service Phone Representative will be the first point of contact for handling customer concerns and are empowered to see them through to satisfaction. Calls are recorded and coaching is provided to continuosly grow in the pursuit of world class customer service.
