Interface is searching for two Customer Service Professionals in LaGrange, GA.

The Customer Service Professional will provide a customer service function by assisting customers with product availability, order entry, order expediting, and follow-up. He/She will process orders via fax, email, written purchase orders and EDI, will authorize the shipment of orders, and coordinate shipping between various departments.

Candidates must have:
A High School diploma or GED
Two or more years of Customer Service experience
Ability to manage projects from conception to completion
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Strong computer proficiency with Lotus and Microsoft applications
Ability to multi task
A professional demeanor
Ability to maintain self control in difficult situations

In addition to the above requirements, it is preferred that applicants will have:
Experience in a manufacturing company
