We are a 35-employee (and growing) Costa Mesa marketing/Internet firm seeking an energetic, wildly talented, upbeat individual with outstanding organizational skills and a strong desire to maintain our high standards of customer service.

You will have the opportunity to be a part of a quickly growing team, to work at a small company where people and their growth are valued, and to work closely with our clients to achieve their business success. Ideal candidates will have a passion for technology, a willingness to learn and grow, and a desire to commit to our company and the clients we serve.

Here is your typical day: You arrive at 8 am ready to tackle a queue of emails, voice messages, and daily tasks. By noon you've handled 5 calls and urgent issues for clients…feeling good about helping out our clients. Midday, your team shows you a homepage comp design to make sure it’s in line with scope, before you send it to client for approval. A Project Manager returns to the office midafternoon, excited about a great new client meeting, and needs your help preparing for the kick off meeting scheduled for the next morning. Every day is different – each day is a new adventure!

Responsibilities & Requirements:
Work directly with current clients in a customer support role

Manage and keeping tasks on track

Set priorities for the production team in order to stay on schedule

Allocate designers and developers to complete the project within the proposed deadline

Establish project deadlines with the client and team

Get regular project updates from the team, and update the client

Inform the clients of any speed bumps or changes in scope

Utilize Basecamp to organize all project details and responsibilities

Qualifications:
Smart, organized, friendly, and have a "how can I help you" attitude

Previous experience working as a project coordinator or customer support

Familiarity with the management of projects

An outgoing and appealing personality

Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational & time management skills

Ideally a background in web design or development

Ideally a background in customer service

Excellent attention to detail

A strong ability to successfully determine priorities

The ability to get things done despite speed bumps or road blocks

The ability to organize, direct, and motivate a team

A basic understanding of CSS and HTML programming

A basic understanding of SEO principles

Strong technical ability
