Our client, a leading, national insurance company, is hiring a Customer Service Rep for their Indianapolis office Claim's Department. The Customer Service Rep will assist customers with questions or concerns regarding their claims.

- Manages incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating superior customer service skills.
- Assists customers with questions regarding their claims across multiple personal lines of coverage.
- Listens to customers, evaluates facts and implements solutions to customer problems.
- Manages and moves customers' claims throughout the entire claims process and issues payments when necessary.
- Works with automated, electronic systems and ensure accurate data entry.
- Other administrative duties are assigned as needed.

- High school diploma or GED minimally required. Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum one year previous customer service experience.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- Superior typing, computer and multi-tasking skills are required.
