Reporting to the Client Care Manager we are searching for a Client Care Specialist in our ATI Nursing Educations business unit ( www.atitesting.com ). The Client Care Specialist will have responsibility for supporting clients via phone and live chat by answering questions, solving problems, and providing immediate follow up when needed. This position requires that the individual be able to create a positive relationship with the client in a very short timeframe.
This position includes routine problem solving to understand the client’s needs and to respond accordingly. Various other administrative and financial responsibilities are handled by this department. Attention to detail is important to ensure that all functions are performed on time and to the highest standards.
Required Candidate Experience & Qualifications:
• Candidate should have earned a college degree or have equivalent work experience
• Success in past professional positions effectively responding to questions from customers, clients and other employees of the organizations
• Adept in Microsoft based products including Outlook and Excel
• Detail oriented and ability to multi-task and prioritize
