CNO Financial Group has an opening for a Customer Service Representative for its Agent Care Call Center in Carmel, IN.
Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, along with outstanding organizational and time management ability. Successful candidates will juggle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced and challenging environment. This person will be responsible for solving problems and making sound decisions. Also, candidates must be able to work within expected parameters, including productivity and quality standards, as well as be able to work independently and as part of a team.
-Providing impeccable customer service while professionally answering inbound phone calls from our agents nationwide.
-Processing requests from clients, agents, and other external customers while maintaining a high degree of efficiency and accuracy.
- Communicating with inter-departmental resources to obtain additional information when needed, and returning calls within a reasonable timeframe.
-Managing daily work queues.
-Data entry within both Windows and mainframe environments.
-Working on special projects as needed.
-Self motivation and the ability to organize and prioritize time effectively.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
-Microsoft Office experience (Word, Outlook, and Excel); strong keyboarding speed and accuracy.
-Courteous phone etiquette as well as a professional demeanor.
-Insurance experience or passion for Customer Service a plus.
-Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Call Center site hours are from 8am – 6pm M-F (actual work schedule may vary)**
