JOB DESCRIPTION

I. Essential Functions:
  • Provide exceptional customer support by accurately and thoroughly responding to inbound calls, e-mail inquiries and chat (as assigned) related to GameFly services
  • Ticket and log all customer contacts using the CRM system (RightNow)
  • Troubleshoot problems and communicate with management in a timely manner
  • Perform additional duties as directed by management

II. Skills and Attributes:
  • Email, chat and phone experience
  • Has a passion for customer care
  • Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with customers in a fast paced customer focused contact center
  • Strong listening skills
  • Results-oriented
  • Courteous and professional telephone manner
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively handle medium to heavy inbound contact volume
  • Proficient with working on computers
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, to include weekends, holidays, and overtime

III. Education/Experience
  • 2 years of previous call center experience required (e-mail, chat or phone)
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
