This is a call center environment
JMC operator is to operate journey management center and ensure management and monitoring of journeys upon confirming journey data compliance to requirements of SLB QHSE Standard 01 and local JM procedures.
Ensuring full compliance by all segments to the defined JMC process flow requirements and that only safe and necessary journey is approved / conducted throughout the locations within the country assigned.
Perform checks on journey data ensuring required data is accurately and correctly entered into the system.
Ensure data from eJourney, I.W.I and QUEST is consolidated within reports and distributed to HSE and management for driver improvement.
Conduct all defined and required safety performance, driver certification and security checks as part of the JM approval process.
If journey requires an exemption, Ensure procedures are followed to completion. An exemption initiated by the JMC requires approvers are contacted and data entered in QUEST and exemption number into eJourney links. (Segment Specific).
Complete all SLB IT system JM and Driving related data entries (e.g. QUEST Exemption requests,
Observations reports, Recognition reports, RIRs etc) are entered as required ensuring accuracy and completeness
Ensure that the defined JM process for all journeys are compiled in full making recommendation on combining journeys, achieving trip objectives through alternative means and challenging the need for all land transport activities to the JM Supervisor
Ensure timely response to all lines of enquiry via web, email and telephone through focusing on customer service and rapid turnaround of JM related enquiries / requests.
Attend job training sessions to further knowledge and development in position.

Education and Qualification: Minimum Grade 12 Diploma or any Technical field of study , Call Center experience a Plus
rate is $12/hr 40- 48 hours per week with additional OT as needed.5am-5pm,5pm-5am and 1-9pm day and night shifts of 4 days on/ 3 off
