Responsibilities:
  • Handle a high volume of inbound phone calls and emails during peak hours while providing excellent customer service
  • Utilize the CRM software to update and resolve customer issues
  • Anything and everything to ensure our customers are receiving World class service

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Comfortable and experienced using CRM systems, as well as spreadsheets and data entry tools
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Capable of on-the-spot problem solving and adapting in a flexible work environment
  • Fun
Compensation: $15/hr (full-time opportunity available)
