The Customer Service Representative (CSR) position is a temporary (2-3 months) to hire employment opportunity managing customer orders, inquiries and using suggestive selling skills in a fast-paced, high energy environment. While maintaining the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism, CSR is proactive and offers creative solutions with the objective of retaining customer's business. The daily-duties require communicating with customers using web-based tools while demonstrating high-proficiency in typing and grammar. Maintaining knowledge of LifeProof practices and operations is critical as they are implemented daily in the customer support center. Performing other duties assigned by management may occur.
Assists with customer inquiries regarding products, billing, claims and product selection
Required to work in one or multiple queues/skill sets over various customer contact channels
Responsible for improving customer retention through techniques, programs and services
Utilizes mechanized systems to initiate/complete orders and manage customer requests
Continuously maintains knowledge of all company products, services and promotions
Recommend features and accessories according to customer's needs
Utilize operational systems to process purchases of LifeProof products and accessories
Initiate/suggest other products and accessories to pre-existing LifeProof customers.
At least 18 years of age
6 months experience operating a Windows based computer system
Ability to work flexible hours as specific job assignments may require weekends and
One year retail or customer service experience preferred.
