We are seeking a temporary Customer Service Representative to work up to 40 hours a week.

Responsibilities The ideal candidate is:

  • A patient, empathetic person who is passionate about helping customers
  • Knowledgeable about custom and/or luxury products
  • Organized, incredibly efficient, and able to multi-task
  • A strong verbal and written communicator


  • Respond to calls, emails, and live chats from customers
  • Handle and resolve all customer concerns graciously
  • Provide customers with product and general order information
  • Provide assistance with processing orders and customizing designs
  • Identify and escalate priority issues that need immediate attention
  • Provide design suggestions to customers illustrating expertise and passion for the company and its products
  • Recommend ways in which the Customer Service team can improve the customer experience
  • Experience and Skills
    • Minimum 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry
    • Experience with one or several methods of customer interactions (phone, email, chat, etc.)
    • Associate's degree or higher required
    • Internet savvy – shops online and is familiar with internet/e-commerce
    • Basic computer proficiencies
    • Ability to type 50+ WPM
