We are currently seeking a motivated, dependable, team oriented individual to join our team in the position of Customer Service Representative in our Johnson City, TN location.

The CSR will assist the branch manager in all aspects of client contact. This will include handling telephone inquiries as well as greeting and directing customers to the appropriate team member.
Some of the essential responsibilities are:
-Handle telephone inquiries
-Post mail and counter payments and create daily deposit ticket
-Process closed and paid in full loan files
-Originate customer applications
-Service customer marketing programs
-Process monthly branch invoices
-Customer account resolution
-Proficiency with Microsoft applications
-Strong organizational skills
-Strong written and oral communication skills
-Valid driver's license
-Pass pre-employment credit, criminal background and drug screenings
One year certificate from a business college or technical institute; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
