As a Solstas Customer Service Representative, you have the opportunity to make a difference by providing superior customer service through direct contact with clients, patients and other Solstas team members. Customer Service Representatives resolve customer inquiries, review the problem log and contact clients to obtain missing billing information and clarification of orders. Additional duties may include interacting with the lab to finalize results, distribute results and research outdated orders.
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
1-3 years of customer service, lab or related experience
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
