At Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services (AJGRMS) , we deliver a full range of insurance and risk management products and services, including traditional and loss-sensitive coverages, captives, alternative risk solutions, and financial products, from offices throughout the United States and Canada, and operations in Bermuda and Puerto Rico. Position Summary :
The Customer Service Representative serves as a liaison between customers and the sales and service staff, providing exemplary support and assistance.
Provides customer service to a variety of customers over the telephone
Receives and responds to written and verbal customer service inquiries
Responsible for writing new business and servicing existing clients
Follows-up on customer issues, researches problems and processes documents necessary to ensure a successful resolution
Handles calls and correspondence
High school diploma
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
Solid, professional verbal and written communication skills U.S. Eligibility Requirements:
