An exciting new opportunity exists with Affinity Medical Solutions in Richmond, CA, affiliated with University HealthCare Alliance (UHA), Stanford Hospital & Clinics' new medical foundation. We currently have a Customer Service Representative Lead opportunity available.

The Customer Service Representative Lead is responsible for assisting the Customer Service management team with oversight of department workflows, training, special projects and resolving complex member and physician issues related to our HMO administrative processes, to include claims payment, authorization /referral management, and eligibility management.

Desired Skills & Experience A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Along with (5) years of customer service experience; effective oral and written communication skills; with telephone manners that must be clear, understandable and professional. This person must also be able to exercise good judgment, handle a fast paced environment, and be independent in decision making skills, demonstrating the ability to take the initiative to resolve issues.

Five (5) years in the healthcare industry is preferred.
