The primary objective of a Customer Service Rep Level 1 is to be available for calls a minimum of 6 hours daily and answer high volume of calls while maintaining a rapid response rate (ideally within 3 ring cycles). To assist customers in scheduling freight pick ups while asking all necessary questions, and/or tracing freight as needed to provide customer with current location of freight and estimated date and time freight will reach final delivery. Maintaining service reports, assisting and supporting specific accounts as assigned are secondary objectives. The key is always providing the primary and secondary objectives with quality customer service on every call representing the company in a professional manner.


High School Education or Equivalent

1-2 years Customer Service Experience

Experience in Transportation Industry helpful
