American Modern Insurance Group and its A+ rated property & casualty insurance subsidiary, American Modern Insurance Group, are looking for Full Time Customer Service Representative Trainees. We are a proven provider of specialty insurance products and services, headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
90% Inbound/Outbound phone calls to customers, respond to general inquiries, quoting, and issuing new business to agents through telephone, written communication and computer interaction for multiple lines of business, transactions, and 7 systems. 10% processing transactions for multiple lines of business, systems and products.
***Must be open to working all shifts including 8-5, 9-6 or 10-7***
Required: Customer service background.
Preferred: Call center experience.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Required: Basic knowledge of insurance, customer service, phone systems and processing.
Preferred: Property and casualty insurance license.
Required: High School Diploma
Preferred: Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
OTHER: Structured environment; able to multi-task, be flexible, fast paced. Ability to work both independently & in a team.
