SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

A Customer Service Representative is responsible for insuring a smooth transition between the PES and Network Operations departments. In addition, customer service representatives handle our client interaction with the upmost sensitivity, integrity and promptness.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
•Making outbound and receiving inbound customer service calls
•Identifying problems and offering solutions to customers over the phone
•Partners with Sales, the Territory Coordinator, and the Digital Help Desk to ensure smooth installation and transition into Operations
•Schedules and coordinates the flow of work between all departments to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction
•Presents features and benefits of current products, introduces new products and services as part of customer retention and works in a partnership with a cross functional team focused on meeting account client needs
•Provides account clients with necessary training to effectively utilize AccentHealth applications to include Patient Announcements
•Utilizes computer systems and database programs to track schedules, work progress, and communicate with all organizational units and account clients

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
•Inbound and Outbound customer service experience
•Experience scheduling client appointments is a plus
•Outstanding communications skills and the ability to build relationships with our customers over the phone
•A self-starter with an upbeat attitude
•Reliable with high integrity
•Excellent organizational skills
•Proven team player

•Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
•Proficient typing skills a must
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Excellent phone skills and phone voice

•Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

EDUCATIONAL/TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
•High School Diploma
•Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, etc)
•Experience with sales tracking programs, e.g. Salesforce.com strongly preferred.
•Experience with database files and other related client tracking systems a plus, e.g. FileMaker and TigerPaw
•Familiarity with IT terminology considered helpful

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

•Sitting – major activity exists 75% or more of work time
•Vision/Hearing – major activity exists 75% or more of work time
•Working Area – Inside: major activity exists 100% or more of work time,
•Other physical requirements (standing, walking, lifting 20 lbs. or less, kneeling, etc.) – minor activity exists less than 20% of work time
