Our client, located in the Chicago loop is in need of a strong Customer Service Representative for a contract to hire role. Duties will include taking in-bound phone calls and sending/answering emails from customers. Customer Service Representatives will also be handling light troubleshooting calls with customer who need assistance finding information on the company website. For example, customers may need help with logging into the system, navigating various pages, etc.
Individuals interseted in this opportunity must have a very professional phone presence as well as strong computer skills including MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with web design, light help desk, or other web base design programs is a plus.

The hourly pay rate for this position is $12/hour. On a regular full time basis the yearly salary would be $30.000/year plus benefits.
