We are not the average call center, so we are not looking for the average customer service representative! This opportunity is a full time, entry-level position that will offer you more experience and opportunity than the average call center. The right candidate's main responsibilities will focus on developing and maintaining positive relationships between Agora Financial and our subscribers. This will include communicating via phone, e-mail, and fax. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; and will be able to think out of the box to provide our customers with unique solutions. Successful candidates will also have excellent time-management skills and the ability to multitask. Relationship building and sales experience is essential for this position.
As this position also requires independent research, candidates must have excellent reading and writing skills. The ideal candidate must have an interest in learning about stock market investing, the basics of options trading, and current trends that affect our customers' finances. This is a perfect position for college graduates looking for a job with growth potential.
