We deliver unique testing systems to a wide variety of industries, including employers, government agencies, occupational health clinics, pain management practitioners, physician offices, rehabilitation centers, and resellers.

We are currently looking for a full time Customer Service Representative to be based in our Clearwater, FL office. Reporting to the Client Services Manager, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for overseeting security of the Alere Office Building and managing Guest Services as well as running reports for Client Services.


The qualified applicant must be able to work Monday through Friday 8:30 am until 5:00 p.m. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and business office procedures. Ability to operate a computer and basic office equipment required as well as skill in answering calls and communicating via email. This individual will be the central location for directing calls.
