Energetic, responsible, articulate, detail-oriented customer service representative/counter person needed for our Creve Coeur location. Experience in the dry cleaning industry is helpful but not required if you have the drive to provide exceptional service with a smile, have strong communication skills, and are willing to learn. Full-time preferred, but will consider part-time availability.
Customer service representative/counter person is responsible for:
*Greeting customers *Correctly entering invoices in computer *Ringing sales and managing cash drawer *Building customer loyalty through exceptional customer service *Correctly tagging and sorting garments *Communicating specials and promotions to customer *Educating customer about and selling additional options for garment care (alterations, minor repairs, leather cleaning) *Light cleaning duties *Lifting laundry bags (up to 15lb)
