Allstaff Services, a leader in the staffing industry for 50 years, is currently seeking to fill a position as a Customer Service Representative with proficient knowledge in MS Office programs (Microsoft Word, Excel,andOutlook). All candidates considered for the position must successfullycomplete and pass an online skills assessment test grading candidate skills. This is aTEMP-TO-HIREposition!

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Length of Assignment: temp-to-hire

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday9:00am-6:00pm

Hourly Pay: $11.00(weekly pay)

Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative for our client, you will contribute your expertise to providing customer service support to the managers and other staff. The Customer Service Representative demonstrates a high level of responsiveness and professionalism while accomplishing other critical functions including:

  • Assists with all day-to-day tasks supporting managers and staff.
  • Processing rebate programs and informing customers of the procedure.
  • Utilizes relevant department databases to collect and input confidential data with appropriate judgment and with a high level of accuracy.
  • Utilizes programs such as Microsoft Excel and Word to create correspondence and other documents, and track department records and documentation as requested.
  • Routes and answers routine calls and correspondence as needed.
  • Reads and analyzes incoming memos, emails, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
  • Prepares responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
