Great opportunity to join Arbella for those with outstanding customer service skills! Positions are available for Customer Service Representatives. This position includes a 5 week training program. The next class will start on April 1st.

The key responsibility in this critical role is to respond to our customers in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

Provide timely, courteous, and efficient customer service to customers and our business partners regarding policy and billing inquiries. Communicate with internal and external customers via telephone and email.

Responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers and co-workers.

Initiates corrections as a result of a telephone call or correspondence, coordinating corrections to completion.

Answer written correspondence.

Enter policy and billing data into appropriate information systems for insurance policy cancellations, reinstatements, and billing corrections.

Makes informed judgments, within authorized parameters, regarding payment plan exceptions.

Keep supervisor informed, verbally and in writing, of activities and problems that impact the customer. Suggest possible solutions to problems.

May be called upon to assist with the training of new Customer Service Representatives.

Other related job duties as required.

Required Skills

Required Experience

Bachelors degree and excellent customer service, communication and collaboration skills.
