ADM Alliance Nutrition, Inc. – a fully-owned subsidiary of Archer Daniels Midland Company and national manufacturer of livestock feed with over 40 locations in North America has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative at our Comanche, TX facility. Primary responsibilities for this position include:

1. Receive and accurately and efficiently process verbal and written customer and Sales Representative orders.

2. Answer all order-related caller inquiries, including those regarding products, promotions, pricing, credit, billing, and delivery issues. Log accurate, concise records of inquiries.

3. Investigate and resolve order-related customer problems and complaints, and follow up on problems/complaints referred to experts/specialists. Log accurate, concise records of problems and complaints.

4. Provide value-added services to customers, including communication of new product and promotion information.

5. Provide internal support to Sales Representatives regarding order-related issues.

6. Provide assistance with other order-related activities, including customer and caller satisfaction surveys, order-related reports, special assignments, and recommendations for work process improvements.

7. Maintenance of accounts payables.

8. Inventory process and reconciliation.

9. Ingredient / Product ordering, receiving and order entry.

10. Outbound truck paperwork and data entry.

11. Production paperwork and data entry.

12. Maintain and promote strong safety culture.

The requirements for this position include:

• 2 years of college in marketing, business or agriculture preferred.
• Customer relations.
• Inventory control preferred.
• Accounts payable.
• Agriculture/livestock industry, including familiarity with basic terminology.
• Marketing promotions and business agreements.
• Credit policies, procedures, and terminology.
• Product regulatory compliance preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, including ability to deal with people in a diplomatic manner.
• Personal computer skills in a Windows environment.
• Oracle order and accounts receivable application skills.
• Effective decision-making skills.
• Basic math, accounting, and analytical skills.
• Inventory control.
