Job Description
: Primary Purpose of Position:

The Customer Service Representative provides the first line of sales and customer service contact for the customers of the company. Position is responsible for the sale of distributed parts and services to all customers in all market segments. Deals daily with customers via phone, fax, and email, electronic data interface and in person. Complies with all polices of the company and the department.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: H.S. Diploma or Equivalent
Experience: 3 years inside sales or customer service experience
Skills: Basic PC Skills, Good Communication Skills, Bilingual in Spanish helpful

Preferred Qualifications:

Education
: College Degree in Business or Aviation; College Level Courses
Experience: 3 years sales, customer service, warehouse or maintenance experience in the aerospace/aircraft parts sales, distribution and/or mfg. Industry
Certifications: A&P Certification and/or Private Pilot's License
