Customer Service Representative
Handle credits and maintain current promotion files to allow visibility
Answer phone calls from distributors, distributor sales reps, end use customers, and inquiries for general product information, internal customers and sales reps. Includes inputting orders from EDI, fax, phone and e-mail. Main contact for entire sales team. Process promotion requests and distributes reports.
Perform back-up responsibilities to International Customer Service
Research customer inquiries such as proof of deliveries, tracks shipments, clerical duties (i.e. sending faxes, scanning, filing, etc.), provides future shipment dates, etc., processes credits, runs reports as needed.
Direct customer inquiries to appropriate personnel when unable to answer inquiries
High School diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelors Degree is preferred. Related work experience in customer service call center is highly desired. Excellent telephone skills and professional phone etiquette is required.
