Customer Service Representatives make a significant impact on the firm by advising potential clients on how Citizens Disability can assist their unique situation. Customer Service Representatives are the front line to help signup new clients, providing them with support and critical information. Citizens Disability has an extensive media campaign and all calls are from inbound requests so this is not a cold calling position. This role is perfect for smart, self starters who want to be involved with a growing company and are comfortable talking on the phone and helping people. Candidates should also have a strong attention to detail and solid communication skills, both oral and written. Extensive training is provided.

Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
Strong Computer Skills
Ability to manage detailed information
Great Phone Skills
Strong Communication both oral and written.
Dynamic, highly-motivated individuals with a sincere enjoyment of their work
Prior experience in a personal injury law firm, the insurance industry, or in a high call volume environment is helpful, but not required
Bi-lingual skills a plus
