This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with Capsugel customers, internal and external, by providing efficient and excellent service through order execution, product technical information, new product development and complaint handling. Also, agressively pursuing growth opportunities; gaining market and industry information; supporting any of Capsugel's territory needs; team with Territory Sales Managers and Technical Servcice Engineers to provide the best possible service to Capsugel's customers, to meet the performance and growth goals of the business; and managing customer credit issues and participating in terriory analysis and forecasting.
BS / BBA in Business, Marketing or 5+ years of related customer service experience
2-5 years in Customer Service or Marketing/Sales environment (Both Preferred)
Demonstrated commitment to tasks, flexibility to changes or demands, customer contact through sales or customer service experience
Capable of working with little supervision and working effectively with all levels within the organization
Strong communication skill (written and verbal)
